Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ bunch rocket
- 6 basil leaves
- 1 packet cream cheese
- 1 packet feta cheese, Greek
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch (s) pepper

- First, chop the rocket, basil leaves and garlic with the food processor. I have a chopper myself for this, but I`ve also managed to do it with a hand blender.
- Then the rest of the ingredients are added, I dice the feta cheese myself beforehand, then it goes faster. Finally, season with pepper, I don`t use salt myself because the feta cheese is salty enough for me. If you like, you can add herbal salt to taste.
- The dip does not have to be steep, so it can be eaten straight away.
