Ingredients
- 250 g rocket
- 0.75 ¾ melon (water)
- 1 piece (s) cheese, e.g. feta, mozzarella, or Gouda
- some bacon
- Pine nuts, or walnuts
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar (raspberry)
- Sugar, or honey
- salt and pepper

- Wash the rocket and drain well. Core the melon and cut out many small balls with a ball cutter. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Shred the bacon. Mix everything in a large bowl.
- Mix the oil with the vinegar, season with salt, pepper and sugar. Pour over the salad, mix well and put in the fridge for a few minutes.
- Roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil, sprinkle over the salad and serve.
- It goes well with bread with herb butter.
