Ingredients
- 60 g rocket
- 1 pear (s)
- 15 walnuts
- some balsamic vinegar
- some oil
- salt and pepper

- Wash the rocket, cut a little smaller if desired. Core the pear, quarter it and then cut it into cubes, depending on your taste. The shell does not necessarily have to be removed.
- Crack the walnuts and break them into bite-sized pieces or cut them into small pieces, but it`s best to use your fingers. Put all three ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- The dressing can be designed according to your taste, I use a little balsamic vinegar, a little oil, a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Then let the salad steep a little and enjoy. Tastes very refreshing.
