- 50 g rocket
- 1 orange (s)
- 100 g salmon, smoked
- 50 g walnuts
- olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- oregano
- salt
- pepper

- Wash the lettuce and rocket and drain well. Cut the smoked salmon into strips, peel and fillet the orange. Chop the walnuts.
- Put everything in a large bowl and mix with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Let it steep for 5 minutes and then season with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Toasted ciabatta or baguette goes well with it.
