- 2 sweet potato (s)
- 450 g creamed spinach, frozen
- 70 g rocket
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil
- salt and pepper
- cumin
- cream

- Wash the sweet potatoes, peel if necessary, cut into 1 cm thick slices and boil in 250 ml water for 5 minutes. Add the spinach and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
- In the meantime, sort out the rocket and wash it. At the end of the cooking time add together with the pumpkin seed oil and stir in.
- Chop everything up with the hand blender and season with the spices. If necessary, add a little more cream.
