Ingredients

  • 500 g rocket
  • 100 g tomato (s), dried
  • 10 cherry tomato (s)
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 8 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 80 g kernels e.. pine or sunflower kernels
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the rocket and spin dry. Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Cut the dried tomatoes into slices. Put everything in a bowl.
  2. Mix the olive oil with honey, mustard and balsamic vinegar well, season with salt and pepper and pour the dressing over the salad and carefully mix in. Grate the parmesan and sprinkle with the seeds over the salad.
