Ingredients

1 bowl rocket
1 melon (s) (net or cantaloupe melon)
8 slices ham (salmon ham)

For the dressing:

4 tablespoon lime juice
4 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar, brown
salt and pepper

Instructions

Wash and spin dry the lettuce, remove the peel from the melon, remove the core and cut into bite-sized cubes. Roughly chop the ham.
For the dressing, mix the lime juice with the oil and season with sugar, salt and pepper.
Mix the ingredients and drizzle with the dressing.
