Roll with Meat and Egg in Black Bread

Very tasty and easy to prepare meatloaf !!!

Ingredients

  • Homemade mince (beef and pork) – 500 g
  • Medium carrots – 1 pc.
  • Medium onion – 1 pc.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs. (one raw in minced meat, boiled in filling)
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Salt, hot red pepper, and ground black pepper (and so who likes what from spices for minced meat)
  • Fresh black bread
  • Greens (parsley, dill)

Directions

  1. Cooking homemade minced meat (beef and pork) and the necessary ingredients.
  2. Add grated onion and carrots (three of them finely) to the minced meat, salt, and pepper. Add the squeezed garlic and hot mustard (optional). Drive-in an egg and mix thoroughly. Put in the refrigerator for an hour.
  3. Finely chop the boiled eggs and herbs (I took parsley and dill) and mix. Cut out the crumb from the loaf of bread, leave the walls 1 cm each, layout the minced meat and a mixture of herbs and eggs tightly in layers. If the minced meat is lean, add a few pieces of butter to the bottom and top.
  4. This is beauty. We close it with a cut crust, fix the meatloaf with toothpicks.
  5. Lubricate the stuffed loaf with butter. Put it in a mold on paper and put the meatloaf in the oven for 30-40 minutes (180-200 degrees, depending on the stove). We put a container of water in the bottom of the oven so that the bread does not burn. Take out, wrap the meatloaf in foil, and set for another 30-40 minutes. The bread is ready
  6. The appetizer is super, both cold and hot!
