Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 large apple
  • some sugar

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, water, oil and salt into a smooth dough. The best way to do this is with the food processor for about 5-8 minutes, then let it rest in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, peel and core an apple and cut it into very fine strips.
  3. Portion the dough and turn it into approx. 1 cm thick sausages and always cut them off after 1 cm, it should be a square of 1 cm.
  4. Bake all the pieces of dough in a pan with oil and turn over and over again. When the small dumplings have turned a little dark, pour some milk over them, add the apples and let cook until it has boiled down. Repeat the process with the milk until it is used up. It doesn`t matter if you need a little more milk. Finally, add sugar to taste.
