Ingredients

  • 16 half apricot (s), canned
  • 2 teaspoons jam, apricot
  • 1 tablespoon liqueur, orange-tangerine or orange
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

For the dough:

  • 30 grams flour
  • 30 g oat flakes, medium fine
  • 30 g suar, brown
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 60 g butter, soft
  • some powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, oatmeal, sugar, cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder in a bowl.
  2. Pour soft butter in flakes over it and knead in until even crumbles are formed.
  3. Divide the apricot halves between 2 fireproof flat bowls - taking the curve downwards.
  4. Mix the jam with the liqueur and the lemon juice (taste piquant and sour) and distribute it in the hollows of the apricots.
  5. Spread the crumble on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° for 15-20 minutes (on the middle rack).
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  8. Can be eaten hot or chilled.
  9. Tip: Tastes great hot!
  10. Ideal as a conclusion to a multi-course menu, as the streusel can be prepared the day before.
  11. If children eat, leave out liqueur.
