“Roses” with Raspberries

Ingredients

  • Butter, softened – 125 g
  • Sugar – 2/3 cup
  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Flour – 1 ¼ cup
  • Baking powder – 1 ¼ teaspoon.
  • Milk – ½ cup
  • Rose water – 2 teaspoon.
  • Raspberries – 1 glass
  • Powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Whisk butter, sugar and vanilla extract with a mixer until fluffy white. Add eggs under one. Add sifted flour with baking powder, milk, rose water.
  2. Beat the dough until smooth. Stir in raspberries. Pour the dough into 6 lightly greased tins (250 ml). Bake for 25-30 minutes (check readiness with a wooden stick).
  3. Remove the muffins from the molds and cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Have a nice tea!
