Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites with salt until very stiff. Stir the sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa into the egg whites. Finally add the flour and stir everything into a smooth mixture. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the dough evenly on the baking sheet. Let the tray rest in a cold place for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C top / bottom heat.
  3. Slide in the tray. After 10 minutes of baking, take the tray out of the oven and cut the bread into small, even sticks. Then put it in the oven again for 5 minutes and bake until crispy. After baking, let the biscuits cool slightly and then carefully peel them off.
