  • 8 sugar cubes
  • 8 cl vodka

Instructions

  1. Put the coffee in a filter and slowly add boiling water. 2 pieces of sugar are placed in each cup.
  2. 2 cl of vodka is poured into a ladle, warmed over a candle flame and then lit. Pour over the sugar and let it burn until the sugar melts and turns brown. Then fill up with the hot coffee.
