Ingredients
Minced meat (mixed) – 0.5 kg
Potatoes (small) – 2 pcs.
Flour – 1-2 tbsp
Chicken egg – 1 pc.
Sour cream – 1 tbsp
Pepper – 1 pinch
Bulb onions – 1-2 pcs.
Garlic (optional) – 1-2 cloves
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil – 50 g
Directions
Prepare the ingredients for making homemade minced meat cutlets.
Wash and dry the meat. Cut into chunks. Peel and wash onions. Cut into 4 pieces. Pass the meat and onions through a meat grinder.
Beat the chicken egg with a sour cream fork or whisk.
Peel and wash the potatoes. Peel the garlic. Finely grate potatoes and garlic.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix everything well.
Preheat a frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil. Form medium-sized cutlets from minced meat.
Fry the cutlets in highly heated oil over medium heat, on both sides until golden brown (about 5 minutes).cu
