Ingredients

  • 2 slices rye bread, diced
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 ½ liter vegetable stock
  • some marjoram
  • some parsley
  • some chives
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 4 Vienna sausages

Instructions

  1. Dice the rye bread slices and toast them in melted butter in a saucepan. Add the garlic, marjoram and vegetable stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Cut the wiener sausages into small slices and let them cook. Before serving, enrich with chives, parsley and the cream.
