Rustle Salad with Chinese Cabbage, Chicken and Mushrooms

Recipe for meat salad with cabbage and mushrooms. The Rustle salad with Chinese cabbage, chicken and mushrooms turns out to be very tasty and light.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet (boiled or baked) – 200 g
  • Peking cabbage – 300 g
  • Champignons – 150 g
  • Green onions – 5-6 pcs.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Sour cream – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Ingredients for the “Rise” salad with Chinese cabbage, chicken and mushrooms.
  2. Wash the mushrooms, dry and cut into slices.
  3. Remove dense parts from Chinese cabbage, chop the rest.
  4. Finely chop the green onion.
  5. Boil or bake chicken fillet in advance. Dice the chicken fillet.
  6. Grate raw carrots on a fine grater.
  7. Fry the champignons in a little vegetable oil until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. For dressing, mix mayonnaise and sour cream, squeeze out a clove of garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Stir, and the salad dressing with Chinese cabbage, chicken and mushrooms is ready.
  9. Place all prepared ingredients in a salad bowl.
  10. Stir, season the meat salad with Chinese cabbage and mushroom dressing.
  11. Place the salad in a slide on a plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
  12. The Rush salad with Chinese cabbage, chicken and mushrooms is ready.
