  • 3 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 100 g bacon, smoked, diced
  • some Milk
  • salt
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Leave the bacon cubes in a frying pan. Whisk eggs, flour, salt and nutmeg with a little milk and pour over the bacon, bring to the boil (should set slightly, not remain runny!) And serve hot. You can also eat farmhouse or grain bread.
  2. Serving suggestion: Put the Eierschmeer on bread and serve with a leaf salad. A warm hearty dinner / snack at home.
