  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 0.5 ½ glass red wine
  • 1 cup cream
  • 40 g fat
  • 40 grams flour
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Peel the Lyoner and cut into strips. Turn the strips in flour and fry them. Chop onion and garlic and add. Cut the mushrooms and add them as well.
  2. Deglaze with red wine, add cream and season with salt and black pepper. Scatter the chives on top and serve. Tastes good with pasta or simply with baguette.
