Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple, fresh (or large can)
  • 4 banana (s)
  • 1 large orange (s), the juice it
  • 2 lemon (s), the juice it
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ginger powder
  • 75 g banana (s), dried (banana chips)
  • 1 bar chocolate, white, with Chrisp
  • 1 cup sour cream or sour cream (but is fatter with 30% -40% fat)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • a little cinnamon for dusting

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and pineapple (not required for a can). Then cut into small pieces and pour fresh orange and lemon juice over them. Then add cinnamon, sugar and ginger powder and mix. Chill in a large, flat bowl or dish for about 2 hours.
  2. In the meantime, chop the banana chips and white chocolate into small pieces.
  3. Just before serving, sprinkle the banana chips and chocolate over the banana / pineapple layer. Whip the cream until stiff, mix with sour cream and honey and layer over the fruit. To decorate, you can dust a little cinnamon over it.
  4. Given the happy faces, I don`t want to think about calories.
