  • 10 g sae, fresh leaves
  • 200 ml rum, brown
  • 50 g rock suar, brown

Instructions

  1. Prepare a glass with a screw cap or a clip-on glass.
  2. Remove the sage leaves from the branches and cut into thin strips.
  3. Put the cut sage leaves in the glass, then cover the leaves with the brown sugar candy.
  4. Finally, slowly add the brown rum with the help of a tablespoon.
  5. Leave the jar in a cool, dark place (not in the refrigerator) for 2 weeks.
  6. The longer the sage steeps, the more intense the taste becomes.
  7. After the specified time, filter the sage brew through a cloth or a fine sieve and fill into a bottle.
  8. We drink the sage liqueur mixed with hot water on cold winter days.
  9. If you want, you can enjoy the liqueur pure.
