Ingredients
- 250 g puff pastry, (finished product)
- 100 g rocket
- 1 chicory
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 sachet tea (fennel tea), the contents
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped
- 2 egg (s)
- 200 g mountain cheese, rated
- 200 g sour cream

- Wash and clean rocket, chicory and spring onions. arugula
