- 250 g spinach
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon spice paste (Gochujang or Sunjang)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
- Sesame oil, dark
