Ingredients
- 30 g sesame seeds
- 800 g asparaus, reen
- 320 g shrimp (s) (frozen), raw
- 2 cloves garlic
- 400 g cherry tomato (s)
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ chilli flakes
- 8 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 4 tablespoon sesame oil
- 250 g mozzarella

- Roast the sesame seeds in a pan until golden brown and then set aside.
- Wash the asparagus, cut off the lower end and peel the lower third. Then cut into pieces approx. 3 - 4 cm long and cook in boiling water for approx. 3 minutes, then drain.
- Wash and dry defrosted shrimp. Peel and press garlic or grate finely. Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half.
- Mix the garlic, chilli flakes and half of the soy sauce to a marinade. Mix the prawns with the marinade and let them steep for a short time.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the shrimp in it. Then take it out of the pan.
- Mix the rest of the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey and sesame oil into a dressing and season with pepper.
- Mix all ingredients (don`t forget the mozzarella) with the dressing and let it steep for a moment. Arrange on a plate and serve sprinkled with the toasted sesame seeds.
