Ingredients

  • 3 cups cream cheese
  • 3 glasses salmon - substitute, in oil, crushed; fine
  • 1 point salmon - substitute, sliced, in oil, for decoration
  • 6 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 bunch chives, fresh or mixed herbs (frozen)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the cream cheese in a bowl. Drain the 3 glasses of salmon substitute in a colander, as they contain a lot of oil. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the salmon substitute, in slices and stir until creamy with the hand mixer. First season to taste and then, if necessary, add salt. Decorate with 2-3 slices of salmon substitute.
  2. Tastes great with fresh bread, but also with rolls or just for dipping with Bavarian pretzels.
