Ingredients

  • 4 port. Salmon fillet (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 80 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets lightly with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice. Finely chop the garlic and sauté briefly in olive oil. Stir in the wine, honey, balsamic vinegar and Dijon mustard, season with salt and pepper, then simmer uncovered for about 3 minutes until it thickens slightly. Season again to taste.
  2. Put the salmon fillets in an oiled baking dish and brush with the balsamic glaze, preferably with a brush. Scatter the chopped oregano on top and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 15 minutes.
  3. Green salad, steamed broccoli or green asparagus go well with this.
