Ingredients

  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 apples
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red, alternatively spicy paprika powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ ginger powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • salt and pepper
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 1 salmon fillet (s)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 120 g rice (frarant rice), cooked

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and apples. Cut the chilli pepper into fine strips, remove the inside, otherwise it will be too hot.
