Ingredients

  • 2 onions)

  • 400 ml cream
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock, instant
  • 4 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Steam the onion (s) in butter until soft, deglaze with the cream and milk. Stir in 1 tablespoon instant vegetable stock and tomato paste. Season to taste with dill, salt (carefully!), Pepper and paprika (sweet and hot).
  2. Place the salmon in a greased baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Bake in the oven (fan oven 200 °, top and bottom heat 180 °) for about 15 minutes.
  3. Control fish: if it breaks apart when you want to pick it up, it`s done. If not, give it a few more minutes.
  4. In addition, (fresh, green) ribbon noodles taste very tasty.
