Ingredients

  • 1 roll (s) puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
  • 300 g smoked salmon
  • 2 packs cream cheese, plain or with herbs or with salmon
  • possibly spice (s)

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry and spread the cream cheese on top. Spread the salmon on top. Roll up from the long side and cut the roll into approx. 5 mm thick slices. Place the snails on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Enjoy warm or cold.
  2. If you use natural cream cheese, you can season something with salt, pepper, dill, chilli, etc. (between cream cheese and salmon).
