Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into fine cubes and the spring onions into thin rings. Then put the cream cheese with the bacon cubes, onions and spring onions in a bowl and stir. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and distribute it evenly on the rolled out puff pastry. Now carefully roll up and cut into approx. 1.5 cm thick slices and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. About 15-20 snails are produced.
  2. Bake the snails at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
