Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 100 g mararine
  • 40 g almond (s), round
  • 800 g apples (Braeburn)
  • Lemon juice
  • Margarine, melted, for brushing

For the cast:

  • 100 g suar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • liter ⅛ cream
  • 1 vanilla pod, scraped out pulp from it, alternatively vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough from flour, sugar, salt, egg yolk, water and margarine.
  2. Roll out and place in a springform pan with the rim. Now spread the almonds on the bottom.
  3. Peel the apples, quarter them, cut lengthways and brush with lemon juice. Cover the bottom tightly with it and brush with melted margarine.
  4. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° top and bottom heat for 35 minutes.
  5. Mix the sugar, eggs and vanilla pulp until frothy. Stir in the cream and pour it over the cake. Bake for another 20 minutes
