Ingredients

  • 450 g flour
  • 50 g mararine
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 250 ml water
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 175 g mararine
  • 20 g flour
  • 50 g suar (possibly more) for sprinklin

Instructions

  1. Knead a smooth dough from the first 5 ingredients. Then mix the 175 g margarine and 20 g flour together.
  2. Roll out the dough about 1 to 1.5 cm thick and place the margarine mixture in the middle. Beat the sides of the dough over it and roll out everything. Then fold it 3 times (like a folded towel) and roll it out again thinly. Now sprinkle the pastry with the sugar. Roll up the plate or first divide it into two separate plates and then roll up. Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with a little sugar if necessary.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C until golden brown.
  4. Note: The preparation can leave a mess.
