Ingredients

  • 1 roll (s) puff pastry, from the refrigerated shelf
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 5 spring onion (s)
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 50 g herbal cream cheese
  • 50 ml cooking cream, reduced fat
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs (8-herb mixture)
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat. Cut the spring onions and zucchini into small cubes and fry with them. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add. Turn off the stove and add the cream and herbal cream cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper and herbs.
  2. Divide the puff pastry into 4 rectangles and distribute the fried mass evenly over them. Now shape the rectangles into small boats. Crumble the feta on the filled boats and brush the puff pastry with a beaten egg.
  3. Bake the boats on a baking sheet with baking paper in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes until the puff pastry is golden brown.
