Ingredients
- 600 g spinach leaves, frozen, creamed spinach
- 500 g salmon fillet (s), frozen
- 200 g shrimp
- 2 cups cream
- some sauce thickener
- some sage, fresher
- some oregano, fresher
- some thyme
- some rosemary
- some dill tips
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 g mozzarella, rated
- salt
- pepper
- Lasagne plate (s), (without precooking)

- Thaw the frozen salmon and spinach and fry briefly in a saucepan. Add the cream, a little olive oil, the herbs with the garlic (chopped) and the shrimp. Bring to the boil and set to the desired consistency with a sauce thickener. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add a little mozzarella to the mixture.
- Layer alternately with lasagne sheets in a greased casserole dish. The top layer must not consist of lasagne sheets!
- Sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes, until the cheese has a nice golden brown color.
