Salmon Steak with Black Rice

Salmon steak, with black rice, cheese sauce, vegetable salad.

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • Salmon (steak) – 200 g
  • Black rice – 100 g
  • Lemon
  • For the salad:
  • Young cabbage b / c – 30 g
  • Cherry tomato – 1 pc.
  • Quail egg – 1 pc.
  • Radish – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Olive oil
  • For the cheese sauce:
  • Cream cheese – 20 g
  • Cream 25% – 1 tablespoon
  • Ground paprika – on the tip of a knife

Directions

  1. Season the steak with salt, pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, pour over with olive oil and fry the salmon steak in a skillet (without oil) over high heat, 30 seconds on each side. Then send the steak to the oven for 10 minutes at 170 degrees.
  2. In the meantime, lay out the cooked rice, make a depression in it, and put our salad in it.
  3. For the sauce, heat the cheese with cream and paprika in a saucepan, stirring vigorously until a homogeneous thick consistency.
  4. Serve salmon steak with rice and salad, separately serve sauce.
