Salmon with Dill-Sour Cream Sauce and Capers

Red fish appetizer on crackers.

Ingredients

  • Salmon (salmon) (smoked / slightly salted red fish) – 5-6 thin slices
  • Dill greens – 1 bunch
  • Sour cream – 60-80 g
  • Shallots – 2 pcs.
  • Capers – 10 pcs.
  • Unsweetened crackers – 5-6 pcs.
  • Olive oil – to taste

Directions

  1. Separate the dill branches from the tough stems and chop finely.
  2. Combine dill with sour cream.
  3. Add olive oil. To stir thoroughly.
  4. Peel the shallots and chop finely.
  5. Place the crackers on a serving plate. Place about 1 teaspoon of sour cream and dill sauce on each cracker.
  6. Place a slice of salmon on top.
  7. Sprinkle with onions.
  8. Decorate with capers. Drizzle with olive oil.
