Sandwich Cake “Fish”

Sandwich cake snack bar. The recipe for a delicious and unusual appetizer with curd cheese.

Ingredients

  • Toast bread – 10 slices (size and proportions depend on what size you want the cake to be; mine is 2 slices per layer)
  • Red fish – about 300 grams (100 grams for the filling, the rest for decorating the cake)
  • Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Polka dots – small jar
  • Curd cheese (for example, Buko) – 2 small jars of 200 g
  • Pickled or lightly salted cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • For decoration:
  • Shrimp
  • Olives
  • Lemon

Directions

  1. Make 3-4 fillings based on Buko-type curd cheese.
  2. I used white bread for toast, it took 10 pieces for the whole cake – 2 for each layer. On the first 2 pieces, I laid out a thick filling, the second layer, and so on. The top will be bread.
  3. Cover a sandwich cake with Viola cheese, for example (or Buko), and lay out a beautiful fish. Wrap the sandwich cake in foil and refrigerate overnight.
