Ingredients

  • Wheat bread – 4 slices
  • Canned fish in oil – 250 g
  • Eggs – 1 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp (to taste)
  • Greens (dill, parsley) – 0.5 bunch

Instructions

  1. The egg is hard-boiled, cooled, peeled, and finely chopped.
  2. Place the fish on a plate and knead it with a fork.
  3. Greens are washed, cut into small pieces.
  4. An egg, chopped herbs (parsley or dill), mayonnaise are added to the fish.
  5. The bread is sliced.
  6. Mix everything thoroughly.
  7. The resulting mass is spread on bread, leveled. Canned fish sandwiches are ready.
  8. When serving, sandwiches with canned food and eggs are decorated with parsley sprigs.
