Eggs Stuffed with Canned Fish

Unexpected guests will come – what to serve? I recommend stuffed eggs. And fast, and tasty, and elegant. It’s not a shame to serve such a snack for the New Year.

Ingredients

  • Chicken eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Canned fish in oil – 200 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Sour cream – 50 g
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt to taste

For decoration:

  • Greens
  • Olives

Directions

  1. Pour eggs with cold water, boil hard (10 minutes), cool under cold water.
  2. Peel the eggs.
  3. Cut the eggs in half lengthways and remove the yolks.
  4. Open a jar of canned fish.
  5. Grind the canned fish in a small bowl with a fork.
  6. Peel, wash, and finely chop the onions.
  7. Mash the egg yolks with a fork. Add finely chopped onions, salt, and pepper to the prepared fish to taste. Stir everything well, add pounded yolks and sour cream to the resulting mass.
  8. Mix thoroughly and fill the egg white with the resulting mass to obtain the shape of an egg. Decorate the stuffed eggs to taste.
  9. Eggs stuffed with fish are ready.
