Eggs Stuffed with Salmon and White Fish

Eggs are the simplest, most common breakfast dish. But not in our case … We will prepare delicious, delicious stuffed eggs with red and white fish and, of course, caviar.


  • Eggs – 6 pcs.
  • Salmon fillet – 200 g
  • Fillet of white fish (oil, etc.) – 200 g
  • Red caviar – 50 g
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • For decoration:
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary


  1. Chop the peeled salmon fillet into very small cubes.
  2. Fillet of white fish (I took a piece of butter) also chop very finely.
  3. Mix the chopped red and white fish. We knead our minced meat. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce – a little, do not overdo it.
  4. Add a spoonful of homemade mayonnaise. We mix. Everything, minced meat is ready.
  5. Turn on the oven – let it heat up to 90 degrees in the “steam” mode (or 180 degrees, if the oven is without special mode). My eggs. It’s good if you didn’t have time to throw away the cardboard egg tray: we’ll need it soon. The crucial moment is coming. Sleight of hand and no fraud, as they say. We take the egg. Carefully, so as not to damage the yolk, beat the sharp end of the egg.
  6. We break off a piece of the shell – we make a hole. Pour the protein through this hole – we don’t need it. Leave the yolk in the shell for now.
  7. Place the “protein-free” egg in the tray. We do this procedure with all the eggs.
  8. Everything is ready, we start stuffing. Take an egg and carefully pour the yolk into a spoon or glass.
  9. Put a spoonful of minced fish in an empty shell – a little, no more than half the volume. Carefully return the yolk to the shell – now it lies on the minced meat. There is? We put the stuffed egg in the tray and continue to have fun with the rest of the eggs.
  10. The oven is preheated, the eggs are stuffed. We put our tray in the oven. Mode – “steam”, temperature – 90, time – 15 minutes. You can put a pot of water on the bottom of a regular oven, or cook stuffed eggs in a double boiler, or just steam.
  11. While you can prepare the serving. Add fragrant herbs to coarse sea salt – a little cumin, a little rosemary. We mix. Put it in a thick layer on a platter.
  12. We spread the stuffed eggs vertically, with a blunt end, on a pillow of salt. Did you notice that I didn’t salt the yolks? I have not forgotten, this is intentional – what eggs can be without red caviar! Place a small spoonful of caviar on each yolk.
  13. Look at this plate, inhale the amazing aroma. Seeing this dish, your family will instantly wake up, they will instantly have a great mood and, of course, they will be grateful to you.
