Baked Fish, not Stuffed

The recipe for fish baked in the oven with lemon juice, garlic, and spices. The fish itself is lean. But with a green salad, it is perfect for dinner.

Cook: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • Fish-wind – about 500 g
  • Lemon juice – 3 tbsp
  • Garlic (grate) – 3 cloves
  • Ginger root (grated) – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt is an incomplete teaspoon
  • Dill and parsley greens – optional
  • Mayonnaise (for lubrication) – 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 2-3 tbsp

How to cook baked fish:

Directions

  1. Clean the fish inside and out. Drizzle with lemon juice. Grate the whole fish with a mixture of garlic, lemon juice, salt, ginger, and oil. Fasten the tail with the head. Optionally, you can put a filling of chopped parsley and dill with butter in the abdominal cavity. Let stand for half an hour. Grease with mayonnaise and bake in baking paper for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Cool the cooked fish slightly.
  2. A green salad is suitable for a side dish with baked fish.
