Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 1 can sauerkraut, (580 ml)
  • 2 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • some parsley
  • Paprika powder, (noble sweet)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat in pieces. Sear the onions and tomato paste. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and paprika. Add the sauerkraut, bay leaves and broth. Deglaze with 1/2 l water, bring to the boil and stew covered for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
  3. Serve with bread dumplings
