Instructions

1. Let the puff pastry thaw briefly and put some seasoned mince on each square. Brush the edges with water and roll up. Then cut this roll into small pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with egg yolk and bake at 200 C for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
