- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s), unpeeled
- 3 tomato (s) (vine tomatoes)
- 2 onions)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 1 green pepper (s)
- 0.5 ½ radish (s), mild
- 14 basil leaves, fresh
- 200 g meat sausae
- 200 g mountain cheese or other hard cheese your choice
- 0.5 liter ½ water
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- salt

- Finely chop the onions, basil leaves and the clove of garlic. Vine tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, cheese (I recommend a spicy mountain cheese), meat sausage and the radish cut into cubes. With a spicy / hot radish, I recommend taking significantly less, otherwise the radish taste will be too intense. As a replacement e.g., one or two additional tomatoes can be taken. Put all the prepared ingredients in an appropriately sized salad bowl.
- Pour water, olive oil, white wine vinegar, pepper and salt over it and stir well. The taste of the salad will be better if it can pull something through. I recommend half an hour.
- The salad can easily be stored in the refrigerator for a few hours or up to 2 days.
