- 150 g quark
- 2 egg (s)
- 50 g cheese, rated, freshly rated as possible
- 200 g oatmeal
- Seasoned Salt
- Fat for the pan

- Mix the quark, eggs, cheese and oat flakes together well and season the mixture with herbal salt. Shape the meatballs and fry them in a greased pan until golden brown on both sides.
- Makes about 4 meatballs.
- Tastes good for children and the meatballs can easily be modified by adding different vegetables, e.g. onions.
