  • 500 g savoy cabbae
  • 2 large onions
  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 packet cream cheese
  • 100 g cheese, (Gouda), rated

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes in salted water until cooked, peel and cut into slices, place in a greased baking dish. Clean the savoy cabbage and cut into fine strips. Bring 1/8 l water with 1 teaspoon stock to a boil and cook the savoy cabbage in it for 10 minutes. Dice 2 large onions.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon margarine in a pan, fry the minced meat in the fat until crumbly, add the onions and fry with them.
  3. Put the meat on the potatoes. Melt the processed cheese in the cream, season with salt and pepper, then stir with the savoy cabbage. Pour everything over the meat and potatoes. Sprinkle over 100 g of Gouda cheese. Bake in the oven at approx. 200 ° C for approx. 25 minutes.
