Ingredients

  • 1 small Head savoy cabbage
  • 2 onions)
  • 500 g sausae meat, (sausae fillin)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 pack mashed potato powder
  • Milk, as stated in the mashed potatoes pack
  • nutmeg
  • 4 tomato (s), or more
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Remove the savoy cabbage from the stalk, wash and cook in boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes. Remove the savoy cabbage and scald, peel and core the tomatoes in the water.
  2. Dice onions, fry in hot oil. Add the sausage filling (for me these are always small balls), braise and season with marjoram and paprika.
  3. Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the packet, season with butter and nutmeg. Cut the tomatoes into pieces and sprinkle with pepper. Layer the savoy cabbage, sausage mixture, tomatoes and mashed potatoes one after the other in a greased baking dish. Cover the puree with butter in flakes and bake in the oven (hot air 200 degrees) for about 20 minutes.
