Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes with the onions and spices for fried potatoes. Then put the whole thing in a baking dish.
  2. Season the minced meat and spread it over the potatoes (you can of course fry the minced meat until it is crumbly, but it is not necessary).
  3. Then place the cut tomato slices on top and sprinkle with chives. Put on the semi-hard cheese and a few flakes of margarine. Bake in the oven at medium heat (180 ° C) for about 30 to 40 minutes.
  4. A large bowl of fresh salad goes well with it.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
