Ingredients

  • 15 small scampi (frozen)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 spring onion (s), cut into thin rings
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Parsley, roughly chopped
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 50 ml broth

Instructions

  1. Thaw the scampi, then peel them.
  2. Heat the olive oil and fry the scampi in it for approx. 2 minutes on each side. Then salt and pepper. Take out of the pan and keep warm.
  3. Now add the garlic and spring onion rings to the fat and fry until translucent. Deglaze with the broth and stir in the sour cream. Season again with salt and pepper. Return the scampi to the sauce and fold in the chopped parsley.
  4. I like to have a salad and a sesame ring with it.
