Instructions

  1. Chop the onions and sauté them in a large pan with a little olive oil. In the meantime, press the sausage out of the sausages and shape into small balls. Add to the onions and sauté. Slice the mushrooms and add to the dumplings. When everything has turned color, deglaze with cremefine and season with salt and pepper. Heat the potato noodles in it. Sprinkle with fresh herbs at the end. Frozen herbs or fresh flat-leaf parsley can be used for this.
  2. Instead of the potato noodles, spaetzle or rice can also serve as a side dish.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
