Ingredients

  • 500 g potato noodles
  • 300 g meat loaf or meat loaf
  • 1 leek
  • 200 g mushrooms, white, brown or mixed
  • 1 corner (s) processed cheese, approx. 25 g
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 50 ml cream or cremefine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • onion (s)
  • Garlic
  • butter, oil or vegetable cream for frying

Instructions

  1. First cut the meat loaf into small cubes. Then fry them together with the potato noodles in a large pan until both have turned a nice, light brown color. Then transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. While the potato noodles and meat loaf are frying, clean the vegetables. Cut the leek into fine rings and the mushrooms into thin slices. Fry in butter, oil or vegetable cream with a little garlic and, if necessary, onions for about 5 minutes. Then add the processed cheese, cream cheese and cream and simmer for 5 minutes with salt, pepper and, if necessary, other spices (according to personal taste) until everything has a creamy consistency.
  3. Then add the potato noodles and the meat loaf, mix well with the rest and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. Serve and decorate with a little fresh parsley if necessary.
